Solvent & Materials
Circularity
Keep the solvent working longer, and throw less away.
Amine, antifoam, filter cartridges, spare parts and reclaimer waste are materials the plant buys and later disposes of. The faults that waste them can be diagnosed early. The platform finds them, prices them, and turns them into proactive maintenance, so equipment lasts longer and less is replaced.

Fewer materials in, less waste out.
01
Solvent life is the core of it
Heat above 127 °C and build-up of heat-stable salts shorten the life of the amine. Both are tracked as root causes, and solvent life is priced on its own: reclaim, replacement and disposal. Longer life avoids new amine at one end and waste at the other.
02
Foaming, pinpointed to the affected column
Foaming is the most often reported fault in amine units. It carries amine out and drives antifoam use. Absorber and stripper foaming look the same at the treated gas, but not at the two pressure drops, so the response goes to the affected column.
03
Energy savings that do not cost solvent
The Optimise tool is not allowed to raise amine losses or trigger a new fault. Antifoam is one of the three handles it sets, so dosing follows the plant’s condition rather than habit.
04
Proactive maintenance, fewer parts replaced
A fault caught early is fixed with a cleaning or an adjustment, not a new pump seal or tube bundle. The Plan tool raises work before failure and flags faults that keep coming back, so the cause is removed, not just the part. Less repair means fewer spare parts, fewer filter cartridges and longer equipment life.
The platform does not run your reclaimer or replace lab analysis of the solvent. It also says plainly what it cannot see: twelve blind spots are published for the reference train, and two of them, reboiler skin temperature and the unlogged condensate drum, matter directly for corrosion.
The slow losses are visible long before they bite.
